Refund policy

Please note that due to Brucellosis accreditation standards, we cannot accept any returns.

If there is something that would affect the ability of the ram to breed within 1 year from delivery, please get in contact with us and we will work something out. We have all rams fully examined by a vet prior to selling, so we do not anticipate any issues. However, they are active young rams, so things do happen!

In the case of a fertility issue (eg lump appearing on testes), please provide us with a vet certificate and we will issue a full refund or replacement.

In the case of unexplained sickness or lameness when due care was taken by you, we will offer a replacement ram.

In the case of accidental injury, we may offer a discount to help you replace the ram. 

In all other cases, we will attempt negotiate a deal that you and we are happy with.
